How to request removal of your information.

Zenoware Software stores only the details needed to respond to enquiries. This page outlines the steps to request deletion of your information and what to expect once we receive your request.

What we need from you

  • Full name and the email address used when you first contacted us.
  • Optional context about the engagement so we can locate your record quickly (e.g. company or project name).

How to submit a request

  1. Submit a request via the contact form at zenoware.com/contact with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the information listed above so we can verify identity.
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and remove records within 14 days unless a contractual or legal obligation requires retention.

What happens next

  • We permanently delete enquiry records from our CRM, file storage, and email systems.
  • If we must retain certain documents (for example, signed contracts or invoices), we will let you know and explain the applicable legal basis.
  • Once deletion is complete we will confirm in writing and include any residual retention notes.
